Nick Lipczynski - Managing Director
Founded IHC in 1992 with the objective of providing quality independent advice, and as a result has seen the company grow to its current size and status. IHC is first in a number of its selected marketplaces much down to the determination and sales experience of Nick driving the business.
Nick gained experience with Gartmore Fund Managers and BUPA as National Sales Manager prior to establishing IHC.
He is an MBA graduate and brings a relaxed and empathetic style to his wide range of clients.
Mark Satchell - Director - Corporate PMI
Mark is a senior member of the team at IHC working with corporate clients in the UK. His experience of health insurance matters span 20 years. Prior to joining IHC, Mark held positions in a fast growth insurance company and Bupa too.
Mark's expertise offers unparalleled experience of the UK health insurance market to the benefit of new and existing clients.
Paul Roberts - Corporate PMI
Paul has 20 years experience in the private health industry, providing consultancy and earlier as a health care supplier in the City of London.
As a consultant for IHC, he has particular experience integrating health services and insurance policies to deliver sustainable business benefits to corporate and charity clients. His knowledge of a wide range of health care delivery models and practical understanding of how to implement solutions increases the long-term success. His clients range from private medical suppliers through to the largest corporations and fast growth small enterprises.
Paul has recently worked with UK organisations to improve their position in "The Times best employer" awards and one notable well-being project won 3 accolades for the client's human resources team.
Gill Werret - Corporate PMI
Gill brings a wealth of experience across a wide spectrum of the financial services sector spanning over 15 years. Before joining IHC she worked at WPA Healthcare as a Senior Executive Advisor winning several awards for delivery of first class health care solutions to high profile corporate clients such as The Production Guild of Great Britain and RAC Motor Sports Association.
Her extensive experience also encompasses full FPC and CeMAP qualifications gained in the Life insurance and Mortgage market making her a true all rounder and enabling her to evaluate clients needs from a broader perspective providing solutions in a multi- disciplined manner.
Bernice Price - Corporate PMI
With an inspiring track record, over 13 years experience in Sales and 10 years in Training, Bernice joins IHC with a dual role. Primarily Account Management for our Corporate clients and supporting the training and development requirements for our sales team.
After a career with Bupa which spanned over 18 years, she is now dedicated to providing her portfolio of clients with expert consultancy advice and exceptional account management.
Lesley Lipczynski
Lesley is a health management consultant with a broad business background; her business experience, gained in both managerial and operational environments, gives her sharp insight into the commercial imperatives behind investment in employee health and wellbeing, as well as the costs of failure to manage workplace wellbeing effectively. Lesley has particular interest and expertise in the measurement and management of occupational stress and has considerable experience in the delivery of both large and small-scale stress audit programmes gained through close working with major UK companies – moving from measurement and analysis of the problem through to intervention.
Jayne Bromilow
Jayne has a vast amount of experience, over 15 years dealing in the in the large corporate world.
Jayne’s career in healthcare began at Bupa, where she built up a very successful portfolio of clients., and established herself as a leading healthcare professional

Chris Bromilow
Chris has over 15 years experience in the Health and Insurance marketplace. Chris has dealt with all aspects of insurance risk for large and small companies alike.
He began his career at Bupa where he was responsible for managing over 42,000 client relationships this allowed Chris to really understand what clients actually want for their employees and their families , and to be involved in designing and developing tailored solutions
Chris’s experience in managing client benefits and their risk profiles is why customers know they receive great advice and value for money. This is achieved by having a great attention to detail and a fundamental understanding of the end to end market dynamics.

Philip McHenry - PA to MD
With over 20 years experience Phil has occupied many different office roles in several large companies before joining IHC as Personal Assistant to Nick Lipczynski back in 1993. He has continued to develop and widen his role within IHC and today is Office Manager for the Head Office whilst still providing secretarial support to Nick and a number of key senior staff.
Phil also tasks himself with providing the very best of support to the company as whole.
Norman Alongi - Business Associate
Norman has 16 years experience in the private medical industry - first working for BUPA for 12 years then moving to IHC. - his experience in account management making sure that clients needs are met on a day to day basis are always of a high level - Norman has developed within the company looking after a number of clients his own.
