My name is Tracy Hazelgrave and I live and work in Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire which makes Milton Keynes and Northampton an ideal location to look after my existing clients and acquire new ones.

I have been in the industry for over 20 years and in this time I have worked with Bupa before moving across to the intermediary arena where I gained a wealth of knowledge and expertise of the insurers and their products.

I manage a portfolio of ‘SME’ and Corporate clients and work closely with them to ensure their current wellbeing benefits continue to fit their requirements, whether that be private medical insurance, cash plans or health screening.

My clients have been with me for many years, which I feel is a reflection of the excellent customer service provided by myself and the team at IHC. For me customer service is paramount.
