Client in focus: Causeway Technologies
IHC has worked with Causeway Technologies since 2012 and it’s been fantastic to see the business evolve in recent years. Being shortlisted for three WSB awards, as well as three Engagement Excellence Awards is testament to their success and the entire IHC team wishes them all the best ahead of the autumn awards ceremonies.
“We initially worked with Causeway to review their private medical insurance cover and we quickly established a strong and successful working partnership that evolved to other areas of their medical and group risk insurance. Today we consult with them on their income protection, group life, employee assistance programme, critical illness, international and UK private medical insurance and cash plans,” said Jayne Bromilow, employee benefits consultant at IHC.
“Employee engagement is a key motivation for Causeway to deliver the best products to their employees. Whilst cost is a consideration for every organisation, Causeway is committed to offer its people the best options and ensure the right levels of service and cover are available to their workforce. The team is committed to sharing information with employees via a range of channels to ensure they can make the right decision for their personal circumstances.
“The Causeway team is always open to new ideas and products and are keen to try new solutions rather than sticking with the more traditional benefits. They are very focused on finding the solution that is right for them and their workforce and can provide a good return in terms of employee support and engagement.
“It has also been important to get international cover right for the Causeway team. With offices in Bangalore as well as the UK, IHC has had the opportunity to make the most of its global expertise and ensuring that, for example, we can recommend an EAP that will work particularly well for these local markets has provided Causeway with the necessary knowledge to select the right employee support.
“IHC is committed to having a proactive, hands-on approach to working with clients. We want to ensure every client understands the breadth of the policies they sign up to and what they’re investing in. And as we move towards the future, we look forward to continuing to consult with the Causeway team and grow with them and their success.”
“Our success is ultimately determined by our employees so we care very deeply about them and their wellbeing. We listen carefully to their needs, we consider how best we can help and then we go above and beyond to create the ‘wow factor’. We don’t just seek satisfied; we seek delighted. This is extremely important to us as it reflects one of our company values. We therefore work with organisations who are able to help us achieve this and who we can regard as our trusted partners,” commented Fiona Buchanan, EVP Human Resources at Causeway.
