Nick founded IHC in 1992 with the objective of providing quality independent advice, and has seen the company grow to its current size and status. IHC is first in a number of its selected marketplaces, largely due to the determination and sales experience of Nick driving the business.
Nick gained experience with Gartmore Fund Managers and Bupa as National Sales Manager prior to establishing IHC. He is an MBA graduate and brings a relaxed and empathetic style to his wide range of clients.

Gemma has risen through the ranks at IHC to become Head of Group Health. Prior to IHC, she was a national account manager for HR consultancies to the NHS.
Gemma’s role as Head of Group Health sees her leading the team of health and wellbeing advisors to ensure best in class service to our corporate clients. She takes great pleasure in leading such an exceptional group of professionals and sharing in their successes. Gemma also manages a high profile portfolio of clients across the UK and Channel Islands, and is part of the IHC Senior Leadership Team.

Jacqueline has worked in the healthcare industry since 1990. She joined IHC at the head office in London in 1995, working as a business development assistant providing support to several consultants in the day-to-day management of their portfolios.
In 2002, Jacqueline helped set up the IHC Billericay office and became a business consultant, growing her own portfolio of private medical and dental insurance clients. Now a Senior Consultant, Jacqueline loves working closely alongside both her clients and colleagues and delivers an exceptional service.

Louise joined IHC in July 2004 as an administrator and progressed to her current role as a consultant within the Group Risk team. She has an in-depth knowledge of all group risk related products and offers invaluable advice to her clients.
Louise places great importance on ensuring that she builds a great relationship with her clients, not only at renewal time but making sure they are kept updated with insurer and product changes throughout the year. Many of Louise’s clients have been with her since she started with IHC, which is a testimony to her excellent relationship building and skills.

Monika works in the Group Protection team, supporting two consultants with their portfolio of clients. She comes from a strong group protection background, and has extensive administrative experience in this field.
Monika provides clients with daily assistance and support in the handling of their Corporate Employee Benefit packages, in particular assisting with the processing of annual renewals, market reviews, medical underwriting, claims, and general day-to-day scheme enquiries. Monika is also Cert CII qualified, having passed a number of industry exams in group protection.

David has first-hand experience of living and working as an expatriate. Prior to joining IHC, he held a multinational role with Bupa International, working with joint ventures and agents. He also lived in Dubai for six years and travelled extensively around the region on business. David’s multicultural knowledge brings a unique level of expertise to his global clients.

Salim qualified as an aircraft engineer and then spent a decade as a graphic designer before changing direction and moving into health care. He gained experience and success at Bupa before joining IHC as a specialist adviser to personal clients on medical and protection plans.
Salim is a passionate and dedicated senior consultant, and offers a high standard of service to every client. He spearheaded the growth in internet-generated business for IHC to offer UK clients a professional healthcare service, including protection plans.
Aside from his role as a specialist senior consultant, Salim dedicates much of his time to volunteering and is passionate about playing his part in community and society as a whole. This includes chaplaincy volunteering for the sick in the Intensive Care unit at the UBHT (University Hospitals Bristol NHS Foundation Trust), and supporting children and their families at Charlton Farm Hospice. Salim also volunteers on an ad-hoc basis for the Muslim community within the South West region.

Sandra joined IHC in October 2004 as Administrator to the senior consultant Salim Gani, dealing with the consumer protection and PMI market. She is also responsible for supporting and maintaining the personal consumer database, which involves working with insurers and maintaining client records.
Prior to joining IHC, Sandra worked for a company offering IT support across the globe and was responsible for day-to-day office support. She has many years of experience in PA and office manager roles which makes her an asset to the IHC team.

Sajjad has worked for many years with his father, Salim, a senior consultant at IHC. In this time, he has gained a wealth of invaluable knowledge and experience. Sajjad works in the IHC Weston office, providing support, keeping systems updated, and providing quotes to new clients.
Sajjad enjoys his role at IHC and feels a great sense of achievement when clients are happy.
