Nick Lipczynski, Managing Director
Nick founded IHC in 1992 with the objective of providing quality, independent advice to corporate clients. He is an MBA graduate and was formerly a sales manager at Bupa Healthcare for five years. His expertise lies within the private medical insurance, group risk, health screening, EAPs and occupational health fields.
Paul Roberts, Employee Health and Wellbeing Expert and Corporate Health Specialist
Paul has a wealth of knowledge of the private health market and its products and services and has specialist expertise in mental health. He can talk on a wide range of topics including group risk, managing mental health and wellbeing and health screening.
David Heppard, Head of International, IHC
David has worked at Bupa, the BBC and Shell UK prior to joining IHC and has first-hand experience of working as an expatriate. He can talk about managing global employee benefits and healthcare benefits.
Gemma Milford, Consulting Manager
Gemma specialises in employee wellbeing solutions and private medical insurance schemes. She can talk about issues such as cancer in the workplace, working women and corporate Britain.
